Improving health access and advancing health equity starts with community outreach.
Through partnerships, local engagement, and national collaboration, we’re working to connect people with the resources they need to access affordable healthcare.
We listen first, then act. Whether we’re supporting local events, collaborating with grassroots organizations, or bringing together healthcare leaders, our goal is to build solutions with communities, not for them.
Our approach to community outreach
We are dedicated to addressing the barriers that prevent people from getting the affordable care they need. Our work centers on:
- Convening task forces in cities facing significant health access challenges
- Elevating patient and caregiver voices through our national Patient and Family Advisory Council
- Partnering with community-based organizations to host local events and workshops
- Providing multilingual support to ensure inclusive access

Introducing Stronger Together
One of our flagship efforts within this work is the Stronger Together initiative—a growing network of local task forces in cities across the country.
Each task force is leading efforts to address healthcare access challenges specific to their communities. Each task force member brings local knowledge, relationships, and solutions—but they’re not working in isolation.
Stronger Together connects these efforts into a national network. Through shared strategies, aligned goals, and consistent collaboration, we’re building a collective movement for change.
This approach ensures that while action is driven locally, we’re learning, adapting, and growing together. It’s about building power through partnership and turning shared commitment into meaningful, measurable impact.

Stronger Together: Atlanta
Our Atlanta task force is comprised of over 70 local organizations, including seven hospital systems. Working together, we’ve hosted community festivals and built partnerships to tackle healthcare affordability and chronic disease management.
Stronger Together: Dallas
In Dallas, Stronger Together brings together over 30 healthcare providers, grassroots groups, and local agencies that focus on health education, workforce development, and expanding access through trusted community networks.
